The support center, also known as the Knowledge Base, is a resource for Merit customers when they have a question regarding the software or best practices. Alongside a team member, we created a webinar to explain the best new features implemented in 2014; focusing on brevity. After the live webinar, we produced a recording to be put on the Knowledge Base inside of an article that I had written.
