This recipe can be altered in a lot of ways, adding water, milk, or almond milk; using a topping such as peanut butter, honey, or maple syrup, or even adding nuts or chocolate chips. The listed nutrition facts are for the “base” version: using water, and no additions. Weight Watchers Points and 21 Day Fix Container counts will vary based on your additions.
- Chocolate Shakeology
- .25 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbs sweetener (Stevia is best)
- 1 egg
- dash of salt
- 2-3 tbs water or milk
- Mix Shakeology, baking powder, salt, and sweetener (optional, add a tbsp of cocoa powder) in a mug.
- Add egg and water/milk, and mix until all ingredients are wet.
- Add desired mix-ins
- Microwave for 30-90 seconds, until done. Edges will pull from the side of the mug when done.
I love this recipe, so much! I actually tried to make this with the Greenberry shakeology, too, and I think it still needs some tweaking. Perhaps adding a dash of lime juice, or including some fruit or fresh jam may do the trick!
